Your Page Indexed with Google - Although this is normally a long term strategy, within months your page could be ranked on page one of Google for a local search for meetings and conference venues in your area. This could be like having an additional website out there working for you.

Direct Contact Details - Venue can add own telephone number, email address and web link.
NIL COMMISSION - Diamond members pay no commission, even on deals brokered by us.
Social Marketing - Diamond members get additional marketing through our Facebook and Twitter accounts including a photo album on our Facebook fans page.

The Application Process
Step 1 - Application Form
You can start the application process now by filling in the application form below, the application process is easy and should take you no more than a couple of minutes. Please be advised that if you are choosing a monthly package then you will need to pay by either Direct Debit or Credit Card, no other payment method is available. Once we have your application and payment (annual) or payment method set up (monthly) we can send you your log in details. Our uploading process is very easy and you should be able to have your venue live within 20-30 minutes.

Step 2 – Payment
Annual - The quickest and most convenient way to pay is by credit/debit card. However, if you would like to pay by BACS transfer or cheque on an invoice this can be arranged but please be aware that your venue will not go live on the site until payment has been made.
Monthly – You can fill in your Direct Debit mandate or Credit/Debit card details by clicking the links below. Please be aware that your Direct Debit will come out on the 15th each month, it can take up to 12 working days to get your Direct Debit processed, this means that your first payment may be slightly higher as we will be taking a full months subscription plus the remainder of the previous month on a daily pro rata basis.
Step 3
Once we have received your application form and payment, you will shortly be sent an email, the email will ask you to click on a link to confirm your subscription. Once you click on this, you will then be sent another email with your log in and password details. As this is sent as an automated email, we advise you to check your spam folder as they occasionally can end up there, it is also important to white list us to ensure all future communication inc. enquiries etc.. is delivered successfully to your inbox.
